Reasons for Feeling Lethargic
There can be many reasons for feeling lethargic. Feeling lethargic can be caused by not getting enough exercise, It can also be a sign of illness. Depression can also cause you to feel lethargic. If you are having any other signs of either illness or depression your should see your docotor for evaluation. If you feel it may be from lack of exercise try increasing your exercise and see if that helps. Simple things like eating smaller meals adding a walk to your day or parking further from the store in the parking lot to gain more active time may help. Moving bodies stay moving.
