Can you submit sample voir dire questions? What is '~voir dire'? It is a French term that loosely translated means, to speak the truth. It is used most commonly during a court proceeding that involves a jury. Some perspective jury members may be asked several questions about their belief of the law, punishment, rehabilitation, and the weight they give to a witness' testimony.
