Fight an Order of Protection
An order of protection is put into place to protect the person that requested it. Even if you don't think it's fair at that time, the best way to fight an order of protection is to honor it. Most orders of protection last thirty days as they are court ordered in emergency type situations. If there is an order of protection issued against you, the best thing that you could do besides to honor it, is to speak with a legal professional. Be sure to get an attorney of your own immediately if you feel that this order is unjustified. Be sure to get an attorney immediately if you have an order of protection out against you, as it may be followed up by legal charges.
