Functionalist Perspective
The functionalist perspective states the each aspect of society depends on each person as a whole to contribute. People pay taxes to the state which in turn uses those monies to keep it running. It is based on the theory that each thing is done to contribute to each particular part of that persons life. You go to the right school to get a good education to get a good job to support your family and to pay taxes from employment to keep the state running. This is the functional perspective.
