Hostile Work Environment

The hostile work environment occurs when there are unwelcomed comments based on age, race or sex. These comments can also be based on anything that makes the employee feel uncomfortable. This type of harrassment can come from any individual in the company it could be the top dog, the manager or someone in the same position as you. To avoid hostile work environments be mindful of what you say to others. You also need to not touch your co-workers especially in sexual ways.
