The most important sign of a miscarriage is blood or spotting in the vaginal area. This does not necessarily mean you having a miscarriage. Also, some woman experience a dull ache in their lower back and cramping in their stomach. If you have feeling any of these symptoms and you are pregnant make an appointment with you obgyn. Some woman can experience a miscarriage right away not even knowing that they really were pregnant. Miscarriage is a very common thing and does not mean there is anything wrong with the woman. After a miscarriage doctors usually recommend waiting to try to get pregnant for a couple of months
