Intrinsic Value

Intrinsic value is the actual value of a company. The value of the company can be an asset based on the perceived value of the company. The perception may be based on tangible and intangible factors. These factors may include variables such as trademark, brand name, and copyrights. These variables are often difficult to calculate. They may not accurately reflect the market price.
