Is nepotism legal? This is a question that many employers struggle with. Defining nepotism has become rather difficult in today's society becayse individuals keep up with family members of all different levels. One issue that many employers have is determining which level of the family is actually considered blood related. This being the issue makes one pose the question again, is nepotism legal?
