Once upon a time, there was a family that received ordinance approval to build a second story onto their ranch home. The neighbors complained that this home addition interfered with their view of the sun. So the familly with the new upper floor approached the problem creatively and used bright yellow aluminum siding on the 2nd story to replace the missing sun and annoy their neighbors. Illegal?
