Marriage Statistics
Marriage is a committment between 2 people and God, however, lately it seems people take marriage too lightly. Approximately 2,230,000 people get married each year. The divorce rate per 1,000 people is approximately 3.6. They say this number is the lowest it has been since 1970, however, some people will argue that. Also with the current economic state a lot of people that want to get divorced are staying together for financial reasons.
