Retail theft or what is commonly referred to as shoplifting has been a problem for many years but has been on the rise in recent years. Estimated claim that it is a $30 billion to $37 billion a year crime problem according to industries. Allot of companies, business's find it cheaper to employee people to deal with this problem so as not to have big loss's in merchandise.
