What Is the Role of an Ambassador
An ambassador is one who represents a particular region, government, or organization. The role of an ambassador is promote relationships between their group and others. Generally an ambassador would reside in their host country at the embassy. This area, it's staff and vehicles, are usually granted diplomatic immunity, meaning most laws and regulations of the host country would not apply to them. If an ambassador takes their role seriously, they can serve to strengthen the relationships of the countries and groups they represent.
