Baseball Rules

Baseball, America's pastime. As a sign of the times, baseball has lost some of it's luster. Mostly because it's a game that operates at a consistent, methodical pace and not filled with heart-pounding excitement, like NFL football. Eventhough the game has gone through some changes, baseball rules have remained essentially the same as they were many years ago. Three strikes and your out, four balls is a walk, three outs and the inning is over. Baseball also has some quirky rules too. Remember that pinetar incident with George Brett and Billy Martin, back in the 1980's? Who knew there was a limit to how much pine tar you could have on a bat? If you'd like to see all of the rules of the game, visit http://www.mlb.com/mlb/official_info/official_rules/foreword.jsp for more information.
