The Dodge Intrepid was, and still is, a popular four door car that was economically built, yet filled with features. The price was kept reasonable, making it a great choice for those that wanted a pricey looking car, for less. It was brought onto the market in 1993. Because it was so sculpted, it stood out among other cars of its genre. The Intrepid could be whatever you wanted it to be, whether you were looking for a family car or a sports sedan. I purchased a used 1999 Dodge Intrepid 6 months ago and have found it to be the BIGGEST headache I have EVER owned. I have had it into the dealership 5 times (4 for the same problem). Regularly, I drive the car to a destination and when I want to leave the car won't start.
