Aristocratic names lend an air of elegance to those who carry them. Certain names have been associated with royalty, nobility or rank throughout the ages, and many of them are still popular today. Among these names are Henry, Duke, Walter, Earl, Basil and Rory for males. Female names that have an aristocratic clalim to fame include Dominique, Edity, Eugenia, Laraine and Regina. It goes without saying that two other names that fit the upper crust bill are Queenie and King.
