Insecure Behavior
Insecure behavior is common among people with low self esteem. They lack confidence in themselves, believing they will fail at most of what they attempt. Insecure people often question the trustworthiness and intentions of others usually resulting in poor personal relationships. However, insecurity is absolutely treatable, as insecurity is basically a product of poor, rational thinking, that can be overcome with more consistent positive re-enforcement - believing you can do it or self-confidence. I'm insecure because of past relationships which I recognize. I am also insecure because he is not as affectionate or romantic as my previous boyfriends have been.
