Mundane activities are a part of everyone's daily lives. In many cases these activities go unnoticed by everyone. Research is now being released about the relation between mundane activities and longevity among the elderly according to this website: http://www.highbeam.com/doc/1P2-10912891.html. Half as many elderly people, who were active folding laundry, pulling weeds, or vaccuming, died during the six year follow up study as did those elderly who stayed planted on the couch. Who said sweeping the floor wasn't good for you?
