And even more interesting is that all of the states didn't ratify the SAME amendment. Some CHANGED the wording and ratified the amended amendment. That alone SHOULD have been enough to kill it. Also, several state legislatures that "ratified" the 16th Amendment, HAD NO AUTHORITY TO DO SO.
