in most places you can ,my neighbor did,he bought a new car one day and discovered he lost his job the next day ,he took it back and got a refund on everything,id say you can probably do the same thing ,hopefully you can ,good luck with it.

Heres a little advice before you buy the next car have it checked out by a mechanic at another shop its usually only 25 to 50 dollars and it will save you a lot of headaches. As for the lemon law you have 72 hours to return a car from a dealership due to mechanical problems after that you get what you bought.
