I know what APO is for and AE. I've got the cities, etc. What I want to know is what happens to a letter or package after it leaves my post office, step by step. I mail care packages to soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan and wonder what my boxes go through and how quickly the service people are receiving the stuff.
