Could it be an abdominal muscle spasm? That can feel like your eye is twitching. Muscles twitch from time to time and it feels like fluttering. Sometimes you can actually see it. Have you been doing workouts or lifting?

yea, i'm the 18 year old male from above, and now its startign to feel like i'm a vesel for sumthing, like sumthing is kicking and moving around in my lower abdominal area, ... And recently mysterious abdominal fluttering. Top of abdomen on the right. Same place happens many times throughout the day, but especially at bedtime. I did eat sushi and was barefoot the entire vacation. Looking for parasite remedy..but open to alternate diagnosis.
