In testing published by Minnich and Moore, AMA Arch Pathol 50(6): 787-99 (1950) dogs were givin Aminopterin in toxic quantities. One group of dogs was given Folic Acid antidote. Another group was not. All of the dogs treated with Folic Acid survived.
