When you said about fingers going blue and chest pain and your arms feeling numb and weak with breathlessness, that does sound a little concerning. I have suffered with anxiety for over a decade now and have never experienced anything like that.

Hi there,you know breathlessness can very much be a side effect of anxiety and or stress. I too have to slow my breathing down and try to take a lower breath into the abdomin area rather than the short ,high chest breaths I normal take which cause breathlessness.
