I love the b&m. I switched from cigarettes to black & milds because of three reasons:1) they are cheaper than cigarettes, 2)they don't have to be inhaled like cigarettes, ... This is the worst cigar that I have ever tasted. It is mild when it goes in, but leaves a horrible aftertaste and an even worse headache.

Black and Milds Bad? Cigars ... Like state before, both black&milds and cigarettes are loaded with chemical additives (Unlike a good hand rolled cigar). The difference is that B&M's don't have a filter. I think that makes some difference. I don't know if 1=8 but I think that 1 B&M is worse than 1 cigarette.

Black & Milds are pipe-tobacco cigars, look like mini cigars, and are filled with 100% pipe tobacco. The Surgeon General Warning that appears on the front of the package of 5 reads: "Cigars Are Not A Safe Alternative To Cigarettes."

I used to smoke cigarettes quit for 6 months then picked up the habit of smoking black and milds.. started smoking a pack of day.. Quit smoking black and milds and now smoke marlboro lights.. aaaa probally a pack every ... Everyone tells me that black and milds are WAY worse than a cig.. but have no proof to back it up..
