QUESTION: I heard some other gardening radio program people saying that sweet peas are poisonous to eat? My sisters and I ate them all the time with no ill effects. What gives?!?

Yes they are very poisonous. If ingested they will dehydrate you and play enough havoc with your system to kill you very painfully. Just because the are called pea, dont confuse it with green peas family. Check on Google What a strange ques...
