This baffle was removed from a brand-new, unused exhaust system, so it's nice and clean. The dents on the edge of the facing flange (and the others) are where I cut the spot welds to remove the assembly in one piece.

Hi Guys just fitted a Harley Davidson baffle onto my Cobra shorts. Baffle # Z063003 made by zodiac cost $16 australian about $10 US. makes idle noise ... You dont have to put anything else back in once you remove baffles, they are held in by 1 bolt each baffle. Once you remove them the exhaust tip is open again like normal.
