The decor outside the room towards the lifts was tired and the woodwork around the room doors and lift was chipped badly. I have stayed in a few Hiltons worldwide and was really shocked at the state of this one. I can also agree with the comment about reception - again only max 2 staff on and queues out the door.

This "Resort" has been allowed to deteriorate to the point of it no longer being able to justify the significant tariffs that it still charges. Just a few low-lights from our stay. Room "key cards" failed, requiring a trek back to reception late at night.
