Just wondered what time of day you guys reckon is the best for a weights and/or CV workout? I heard for burning fat first thing in the morning is best (as your body relys on fat reseves for energy); I also heard a while back that training in the evening was better but I can not recall why....

It's probably best to take in a casein type protein before bed, ... The 3 hours post workout are the most important time to feed your muscles prescious nutrients and keep it out of a catabolic state. How are you going to do that if you are sleeping? As far as working out in the morning, i used to hate it too, but now I love it.
