Note= Most newer furnaces will only allow you to use the reset button once for safety reasons. If you are bleeding out your line BECAUSE YOU RAN OUT OF FUEL OIL, holding the reset button down for 30 seconds will allow you to use the reset button again.

I work for an oil company located in Idaho. Around here 99% of all orders are for heating oil are only diesel. The reason for this is it is cheaper and almost all oil furnaces run just fine on it. You can and should put in a product that will keep your fuel from jelling up.
