I would think that quite a few of the perennials on your list that have fragrant foliage would be fine to grow. Most critters tend to leave these fragrant plants alone. I would not grow the invasive Adenophora confusa, woodchucks or not! Thanks all, and now off to Bluestone Perennials to spend my mulah!
