Hi Darlene - There's no telling what that sensation in your breast might be from. That said, why not get it checked out? Pain/tingling is generally not a symptom of breast cancer, but inflammatory breast cancer is characterized by a hot sensation, pain, and redness, much like an infection.

I do only have sore breast around my monthly cycle, not all month long. Usually only a few days before this time a week or so, with just a mild tenderness. The tingling sensation kind of comes and goes. It almost feels as if maybe they are growing.

I was wondering in your professional experience, what may have caused the breast tingling besides the ovulation (which is what I presume you are indicating, right)? I guess I just wanted to make sure that I can rule out stuff like breast cancer or the like.
