Sometimes your amp will have a diagram for bridging. As mentioned below, if your amp does not claim to be able to bridge please don't do it. It may already be bridged internally. Google your amp model and the keyword bridgeable ... A two channel amp can be bridged to one channel, and a four channel amp into two channels.

I have a 300 watt amp two channel...and a 300 watt sub...i have it hooked up to just one of the speaker outs...And it sounds nice...But how do i bridge it...That makes it louder i know...but does just hooking it up to one speaker out work?
