Our cracklins are made from fresh pork skins, cut and cooked to a golden crisp after sitting in a hot vat of bubbly perfection. We cook them the old fashioned way in big black iron pots and we certainly don't forget the much needed cajun seasoning.

So instead of cooking this great gift, which is apparently IS enjoyed in some homes, but I am not familiar with the preparation, the office crew sent someone out to buy some more traditional ubod since we had already assembled all of the other ingredients… ...
