I got a MSI ultra kt4 via kt400 board about a month ago, i had CMOS problems on that one, so I sent it back to MSI to get a new one(it took 3 weeks to get it back). Now I put the new one in. The computer only turns on when the CMOS jumpers are on slots 2,3. But they dont work on slots 1,2(The ones they are supposed to).
