The phone I have doesn't have an option to block my caller ID from being sent. Is there something I can dial before a phone number to have my call show up as restriced or no number on the other handset? I thought it was something like *67 + 1 (xxx)xxx-xxxx. That one obviously doens't work for me so I know it's not right.

If your talking about when you call sombody and you don't want your name or number to come up on there caller ID you dail *67 before the number. i hope i answered your question. There were some justifiable concerns that some people (battered wives, undercover policemen) might be endangered or subject to harassment (doctors, lawyers, celebrities) by Caller-ID.
