calf aches Heart conditions ... Whenever I sit, my calves ache (not cramp) and they are getting worse. I can barely sit for an half hour. It feels great to get up and walk around though. I'm not over weight and exercise daily. Anyone have any ideas on what is causing this?

but then I can be sitting and all of a sudden my calves (always both at the same time) start to ache and feel tight. Sometimes they feel so sore that I can almost not walk. Water seems to help on occasions. I can't understand why all of a sudden I may be becoming dehydrated so that doesn't seem logical...

my calves ache after standing for several hours. i'm a cashier, so i'm really used to standing. this has only started recently. also, i wake up with cramps in my calves in the middle of the night, when i turn over.

My calves have been bothering me so bad lately. It feels like I need to stretch the calves but when I do it does not help. I cannot get any sleep at night because when I lay down I cannot relax because my calves start this ache or what ever you call it.
