The world of the jinn is an independent and separate world, ... so indeed there is the possibility of capture them in a pic but no probably on their real form. And this is not something we should care about. they belong to the unseeing word and if were for us to see them Allah Subhanah wata'allah would it allowed to happen.

Sura Al-Jinn(The Jinn) of quran is enough to believe in the existence of Jinns/Spirits. If you read this sura 700 times, you might be able to capture the Jinn. It would be very unislamic if one(muslim) didn't believe in the existance of Jinns.
