Before you start the engine, or tow a car with the wheels on the ground, drain a nd change the oil, transmission fluid and final-drive lube. Check the dipstick for water droplets. And don't forget wheel bearings and constant velocity joints, which will need to be cleaned and repacked.

However later is the evening, the car started to slightly vibrate periodically. When at traffic lights it would slightly vibrate and the rev counter would move slightly up and down.

I can smell raw fuel likes it is flooding and I hear no attempts of the car trying to combust the fuel. Are there any other reasons that would cause this? I also have an ECM fuse that pops. I have been running the care with out the ECM fuse in place and I have the check engine light on when the motor is running.

The carburetor is flooding but the engine is not stalling. It has low power and is guzzling gas. Extremely low gas mileage. A service person said it was the catalytic converter; it was replaced and hasn't cured the problem. ... Look up more engine carburetor questions in our Car Repair forum section. Got Car Repair...
