Question: 1999 Chevrolet, Malibu 191M 3.1L SFI mileage: 55,300. I put gas into the car and it won't start unless I press the gas pedal to give it gas. It's like the car is flooded after you put gas into. The gas mileage is not very good either I know it is a 6 cylinder.
