Comment by Diane Stafford on September 24, 2009 at 5:19pm Hi Tony, Cold Porcelain has a hard finish - I've tested Katy Bucks (ahc member) recipe, which I found to be very strong compared to the water based recipe, it also has a much nicer finish (without or with acrylic colours added) I would say because of the 'cream'
