I had the Boot problem On My AMD Dual core Opteron165/DFI Lanparty Motherboard running Raid 0 with 2 raptors . I ended up formatting My system and tried a fresh install with SP3 and still the same problem.The only way I could get my Computer to boot with sp3 was to Setup on A Single drive.
