My computer has been slowing down lately. I notice it mainly when connecting to the internet or when surfing the net. In the past I had this problem and spyware or malware was the culprit. I have updated and run Adaware, Spybot, my Norton antivirus and Panda ware active scan.

My computer takes an incredibly long time to run any programs, including simple things such as IE ... Every now and then I'll get an error from my Norton's saying it has detected a virus but it gives no detail. I don't know if that means anything.
