It has to be pumped out by a septic service using a pump truck then they take it to a treatment plant, Cost maybe $200 but not sure. If the septic is working proper it shouldn't need pumped out.

From the sound of it, this type of installation will cost serious money but, at 250 euros a throw to empty the thing, ...
