I'm not dentist but some of my front teeth have those to... my dentist said they are just cosmetic problems nothing that needs to be fixed.. Here is post I found online about it also.. Craze lines are tiny cracks that affect only the outer enamel of the tooth.

My teeth aren't too bad at all, I was worried about a crack that has formed on my front tooth but the dentist said it was a "craze line" which are tiny cracks that affect the outer enamel and are normal in adults.

It’s more along the lines of the REAL McKENZIES, faster and way more punk-based. I like this shit. I just think that the DROPKICKS got boring as shit and over the top with that bullshit.
