Today I am exactly a week late so i decided to take a pregnancy test. First, should I have taken a test so early??? Second, I am currently on a medicine called Augmentin for an antibiotic. Im not quite sure how strong of a medication it is and Im worried it may have altered the results.

I was on follistum shots for 7 days, then done Novarel (hcg) shot on wednesday , and have inseminated everyday since, what I'm wondering about is the medication could create a false pregnancy for me, because I tested positive this morning .I am going to wait to retest til later next week.
