A PCI (or even USB) modem is essentially internal to one PC. This has the advantage that it is a one-card or one-box upgrade to DSL for a PC that was previously used for dial-up.. the disadvantage is a loss of flexibility since your PC must now act as a master or gateway to anything else in your home network.

So I have a file called natd.sh in my system but I have not put in values for -redirect_address or public_address yet as I am not sure what they are suppose to mean. <>2<> Someone told me to change rc.firewall but I don't think the set-up it correct.
