No cigars are just as bigger killer as cigarettes.. The nicotine content is a lot stronger in a cigar too.. The way i gave into ... I am now smoking Black and Mild cigars somewhat regularly. It mentally settles my craves and keeps me occupied. Is this a bad alternative? I am still young and this could help me quit for good .
