I am after all his stories and his novel, Bel Ami I have a VERY old tattered 1905 ed NY books hardcover of what appears to be most of his stories.

although bel-ami remains my favourite de maupassant novel (pierre et jean is essentially an extended short story) this small book is immensely satisfying, to be enjoyed like a fine, french wine.
