When we got the the hotel she had given 1 of the rooms away and left us with only 2 rooms for 6 people! Plus she was nasty and rude about the whole situation so we called corporate which gave us no help either. We finally decided to give in and pay the money so that we could go to bed.

My hard earned money went into this, as I was just starting my career, I was ripped-off $700.00. I called time & time agian spoke to 3 different people, all telling me that some would get back to me. This was back in DEC of 2005 and I still can't get over it, and they seemed so nice!
