Well, I don't know if babies cry or not in the womb.  But, you can't tell anything from that video, that is not a very clear u/s (at least not compared to mine) and I can't tell what the baby is doing and if anything it looks like it is practice breathing.

I read in a book that in addition to hiccuping etc., babies will cry in the womb. Do babies get upset in the womb? The thought of this makes me sad. :( ... In the womb, their needs are provided for. Second, it seems sort of odd that they would cry when there is no air to produce the sound.
